Who teaches the courses?
Dr. Troy Robbin Hailparn is the sole instructor. She teaches every lecture and performs every live case herself.
Who can attend?
Licensed physicians, including OB-GYNs, plastic surgeons, urogynecologists and other specialists, from across the U.S. and abroad. Your medical license number is required at registration.
How many physicians are in each course?
No more than 3, so you get direct access to Dr. Hailparn at the table and in the office.
Will I scrub in on live surgery?
Yes. You’ll be at Dr. Hailparn’s side for each live case, and you’ll see your patients through pre- and post-op care and their next-day office visit. We’ll walk you through the surgical facility’s paperwork when we confirm your registration.
How many live cases are included?
Each course includes 3–4 live cases. Cases depend on the patients scheduled during your course, and procedures not seen live are covered in lecture and surgical video.
What does tuition cost, and what does it include?
Each 4-day course is $12,500, or $22,500 for both the Labiaplasty and Vaginal Rejuvenation courses. Tuition includes all lectures, live surgical cases and in-office demonstrations, daily breakfast and lunch, dinner with Dr. Hailparn on Day 1, and a certificate of completion.
What’s the difference between the combined course and taking both courses?
The combined course covers both labiaplasty and vaginal rejuvenation in 4 days with 3–4 live cases, for $12,500. Taking both full courses gives you 4 days and 3–4 live cases on each, for $22,500.
Is CME credit offered?
No. The courses are hands-on clinical training, and you receive a certificate of completion.
Can I get training in a specific procedure?
Yes. Dr. Hailparn builds custom one-on-one programs around what you want to learn, from a single procedure to a mix of labiaplasty and vaginal rejuvenation. Pricing is on request.
What is proctoring in my OR?
An optional add-on after you complete a course. Dr. Hailparn travels to your facility and proctors your cases in your own operating room, with your team. It’s quoted per trip.
How do I register, and when is payment due?
Complete the registration form and we’ll call you to confirm your seat. A $2,500 deposit reserves it, and the balance is due 30 days before the course. We accept all major credit cards and checks. With only 3 seats, we recommend reserving 90 days or more ahead, but if you’re registering later, call us: if a seat is open, it’s yours.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, your deposit applies to a future course within one year. If you cancel more than 30 days before the course, the deposit is forfeited and any balance paid is refunded. Within 30 days of the course, tuition is non-refundable.
Will I get an agenda before the course?
Each course page lists the procedures and topics covered. Because the schedule is built around the OR and patient schedule, you’ll receive your full agenda on Day 1.
Where are the courses held, and where should I stay?
At the Cosmetic Gynecology Center of San Antonio, in North San Antonio near Stone Oak. Hotel options are listed above, and Nelly can help with travel arrangements.
