Information we collect

When you complete the registration form, you give us:

• Your name, medical specialty, and medical license number and state
• Your email address, phone number, and office address
• The course you’re interested in, your travel needs, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to share

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived at the site. It doesn’t give us your name.

How we use information

• To respond to you, confirm your seat, and arrange your deposit and payment
• To verify that attendees are licensed physicians
• To send information about your course, including travel details
• To understand and improve the site

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the program, or when the law requires it. These providers include Zoho, which hosts our registration and contact forms, Google, which provides analytics, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site and protects our forms from spam.

Please don’t send patient information

This site is for physician education. Please don’t include patient names or other patient details in the form or in email to us.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. To ask about, correct, or delete your information, contact us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

How long we keep information

We keep registration information for as long as we need it to run the program and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for physicians and isn’t directed to anyone under 18.
